Job Details:
Team Leadership:
Supervise bartenders and barbacks, manage shift schedules, and ensure smooth handovers.
Customer Experience:
Maintain high service standards, resolve complaints, and foster a welcoming vibe.
Inventory Control:
Monitor stock levels, rotate supplies, and coordinate with vendors for timely restocking.
Compliance & Safety:
Enforce alcohol laws, hygiene standards, and workplace safety protocols.
Cash & Sales Oversight:
Handle POS systems, reconcile cash drawers, and support sales tracking.
Training & Development:
Coach staff on drink preparation, upselling techniques, and customer service etiquette.
