Restaurant Supervisor - Japanese Cuisine 餐廳主任 - 日本菜
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to support our restaurant operations and enhance guest engagement. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Monitor the efficiency of serving and order taking, ensure decent presentations of dishes
Visit guest tables to encourage guest engagement and satisfaction by acquiring their opinions and comments in overall experience
Ensure all guests are satisfied and served according to hotel standards
Requirements:
Certificate or above in Hotel and Catering or related disciplines
Minimum 3-5 year' relevant experience in F&B industry
Pleasant and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
