a recognised degree, preferably in construction-related , Engineering, Training, or Administration disciplines;
a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification work experience in construction / inspection / training / apprenticeship management / administration related fields or project execution;
a high level of integrity and a good sense of responsibility; attentive to details and sensitive to figures, with basic understanding of generative AI and data skills;
Possess strong analytical and observational skills to assess the safety and quality of professional training provided by collaborating organizations, with the ability to conduct site inspections and build trusted supervisory relationships.
proficiency in Microsoft application softwares (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese Word Processing; and
excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Duties include:
to execute the quality assurance, site inspection plan, detailed procedures, implementation programme, propose enhancement measures and monitor the training quality of the participating training partners and trainees in the Collaborative Training Schemes;
to visit collaborating organizations' construction sites or training venues to inspect training quality and engage in effective supervision and communication to ensure that training activities meet the required standards;
to execute the daily operation of various Collaborative Training Schemes and to develop and implement system to streamline operations and administration work;
to prepare work plans, statistical reports, correspondences and etc;
to organise / provide support in HKIC events and ad-hoc assignments ; and
to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director;
