District Health Centre (DHC) aims to provide primary healthcare services including health promotion,
assessment and patient empowerment program to enhance the public awareness on disease prevention
and the capacity in the self-management of health through the public-private partnership.
Officer (Quality Assurance & Research) (Eastern District Health Centre)

Key responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute inspections and audits related to DHC’s field work and quality
assurance initiatives for improvement, including but not limited to literature review, survey
design, data collection, data analysis, report writing
Ensure that quality protocols are consistently followed throughout service delivery
Maintain and protect of service data and platforms to ensure the information and knowledge are
accurately stored, presented and available to share in the future
Support other research activities related to DHC
Requirements:
Bachelor or above in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Quantitative Science, Computer
Science, Information Management or related disciplines
Minimum 3 year’s post-qualification relevance experience
Proficient in R, Python and SQL
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Google Looker Studio, R Shiny, Python Dash,
Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or others)
Knowledge in rehabilitation, elderly care or healthcare is an advantage
Proficiency in both Chinese and English language with good writing skills
Self-motivated, independent, detail-minded and good team player
Work Location: Eastern District
The successful candidate will normally be appointed on contract terms. Renewal of contract will be
subject to the service/operational needs of the department and the candidate’s performance.
