The Job
Provides administrative and analytical support across financial, quality, and sustainability initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Analysis:
- Compile and analyze financial data to support budget tracking and variance analysis.
- Assist in preparing financial dashboards and reports for management.
- Quality Initiatives:
- Support the implementation of quality improvement projects.
- Assist in data collection and documentation for internal checking and compliance reviews.
- Support to Housing Projects:
- Coordinate the collection and reporting of environmental and sustainability data.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure systems are optimized for the operational needs.
- Administrative Support:
- Coordinate HR-related processes, such as staff ratio reviews.
- Manage procurement processes for commonly used items, including sourcing and contract administration.
The Person
- Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in administration or office support.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
