Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Handle quotations, invoices, and payments, and maintain a comprehensive procurement database.
Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers to meet operational needs.
Conduct vendor management to ensure compliance with company standards.
Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc procurement reports for management review.
Formulate purchasing plans to control inventory and manage costs.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to expand the vendor base.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand their supply needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
Degree holder or above, preferably in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
1-2 years of relevant F&B procurement experience.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A team player with a positive working attitude and high level of integrity.
