Procurement Officer (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Handle IT equipment and software procurement, and contract renewals

• Support IT Procurement regular operation such as regular update on IT Approved Vendor List, conduct annual IT supplier evaluation, and IT budget update

• Follow up on user inquiries related to procurement issues

• Conduct price negotiations, price comparisons, and coordinating purchases

• Handle invoices, processing payments, and updating budget monitoring records

• Provide general administrative support, including vehicle reservations, office stationery applications, and acting as a secretary when needed

• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• University graduate in Purchasing or Supply Chain or Business Administration or other related disciplines.

• 3 years relevant working experience or above.

• Good knowledge on IT products will be an advantage

• Well performs on computer data entry and document management

• Ability to handle problems and tackle instant circumstance

• Good communication and coordination skill with positive and helpful attitude

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Self-acting, detailed mind, confidence and able to work under pressure
