Key Responsibilities:
- Perform market and financial analysis for hotel projects
- Carry out each project’s feasibility via market research and other approaches
- Liaise with other departments to carry out project studies
- Assist management teams for all other project study
- Carry out other office administration and clerical duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 3 years of working experience in market and financial analysis
- Analytical mindset and figure mind
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Positive working attitude
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Officer - Project Analysis
