Project Executive - International Buyers

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with major overseas and local travel agents, proactively recruiting both existing and new partners to participate in our exhibitions and services.
• Initiate and coordinate cooperation with partners to join our exhibitions and onsite programs (if any), including group invitations, list compilation, visitor group logistic support, promotional material production and onsite execution.
• Support the team in overseas visitor promotion activities, covering pre-show promotions and invitations, itinerary planning, RSVP handling and onsite logistics, etc.
• Assist the exhibition project and marketing teams in recruiting VIPs to attend our exhibitions, acting as project lead for the promotion strategies, cross-team communication and handling enquiries.
• Manage the existing data crawling platforms and identify new channels to expand and enrich the visitor database.
• Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned by the team leader.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 3-5 years’ sold experience in sales & marketing, business development, exhibition / conference / event management, etc.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must).
• Basic knowledge in producing eDM, plus PC skills like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Knowledge of artwork editing and promotion via Social Media.
• Strong presentation and client servicing skills.
• Well-organized, result-oriented, independent, self-motivated and able to deliver under time and resource pressure.
• Occasional mainland China and overseas trips are required.
• Immediate available is preferred.
