Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance operations at our Indonesia factory.
This role is critical in ensuring product safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all QA processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Manage the QA/QC team at the Indonesian factory
Provide QA guidance during new product development
Monitor product quality across factory operations and suppliers
Handle customer complaints and conduct failure analysis with corrective action plans
Coordinate external lab testing and resolve customer testing issues
Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures
Supervise inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
Ensure products meet international safety and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate documentation of QA activities, including inspections, audits, and test results
Report to the Factory Assistant General Manager and Company Director
Ideal Candidates
Tertiary education; background in Engineering or Quality disciplines is a strong advantage
Minimum 5 years of quality-related experience, preferably in the toy industry
Experience working in Southeast Asian factories is a plus
Familiarity with international toy safety standards and regulations
Experience with premium toys for global fast food chains is highly desirable
Proficient in English; Chinese and Mandarin are a plus
