What this job involves
- Responsible for front desk management, and maintain cleanliness and tidiness at the reception at all times
- Management of phone calls
- Greet and receive visitors / clients
- Release locked doors for staff and visitors. (Buttons underneath desk on the left)
- Administration matters (Eg. Room bookings, pantry order; access cards; Corrigo recording; visitor listing)
- Support catering requests from users on client floor
- Responsible for issuing staff badges for new joiners and visitor badges for visitors
- Prepare monthly Front Of House report (no. of phone call, meeting room reservation, work order type)
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
- Higher Diploma or above; University degree is an advantage
- At least 2 years’ experience in receptionist in office environment
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Cheerful, stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated
- Sound PC knowledge (MS Outlook, Word & Excel)
