Responsibilities
- Make warm calls in providing accurate and update information to existing customers
- Maintain good customers relationships and perform high quality customer service
- Provide administrative and operational support to Sales team
- Maintain and keep an updated record of the documents

Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support and technical services
- Perform daily Server / LAN operation and maintenance job
- Perform IT tasks such as network and server administration and support, system checking, backup, troubleshooting
- Internal hardware / software/ installation / troubleshoot
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Infrastructure Configuration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SharePoint)
- PABX system administration and support
- Handle Telephone and Broadband Line renew or relocation
- Responsible for supporting end user software (Microsoft/Mac OS, MS Office) etc
