Responsible Officer (Type 4&9)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Type 4&9 Responsible Officer with operations and management responsibilities and to supervise the daily regulated activities.
• Perform daily operation functions, have sound knowledge and familiar with Front Office, Back Office system and CCASS terminal.
• Review and update operation procedures to ensure all compliance measures are fulfilled with SFC and other regulatory.
• Main point of contact with SFC, handle SFC submissions including FRR
• Handle any ad hoc assignments as required by the Senior Management.

Requirements:

• Holder of SFC Type 4&9 Responsible Officer license .
• Familiar with front and back-office operations of brokerage business.
• Sound Knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English is a plus
