Responsibilities:
- Provide support to retail licensees on daily and monthly sales reporting
- Maintain retail sales, retail area and contract terms' databases
- Support Department's revenue budget and monthly forecast updates
- Work closely with Financial Accounting Department to provide contract information and data for monthly billing purpose
- Work with IT Department on systems' administrative support and enhancement
- Handle enquiries from Government authorities for assessing retail premises' Government Rent and Rates
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 1 year’s full-time working experience
- Detail-minded and self-motivated
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS and data analysis applications
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua preferred
