Job Responsibilities:
Provide practice support to Asia Pacific region on all the risk, regulatory compliance and conflict matters
Assisting in KYC, AML and sanctions on clients searches
Assist in new matters openings and ensure all details are correct with completed of correct inception steps are made
Audit files to ensure compliance with firm policies, legal and regulatory requirements, provide practical and commercial advise on reputational and commercial implications
Provide internal training on KYC and AML and updated regulations on a regular basis
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder with at least 1 year experience in risk/ conflict compliance with legal firms/ accounting firms
Knowledge on AML, KYC legislation framework and regulatory compliance
Able to develop and maintain relationship internal and external parties, as well as the firm global team and regional offices
Fluency English and Mandarin in preferred
