Job Responsibilities 主要職責:
Responsible for cleaning hotel rooms and providing turn down service to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standard 負責清潔酒店房間及提供翻床服務,確保清潔度符合酒店標準。
Set up furniture and replenish room amenities according to hotel guidelines 根據酒店指引設置家具並補充房間用品。
Maintain cleanliness on the floors and respond to guest inquiries promptly 保持樓層整潔,並迅速回應客人查詢。
Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor to ensure guest room in good condition 向主管報告任何機械上的故障或維修的需求,以確保客房狀況良好。
Handle and deliver guest requests professionally 專業地處理和回應客人要求。
Requirements 要求:
At least 1-year housekeeping experience in a premium hotel 至少1年在五星酒店的房務員經驗。
Demonstrate integrity and initiative 展現誠信和主動性。
Hardworking and responsible 具有勤奮及有責任心。
Proficiency in Cantonese; basic communication skills in Mandarin and English 精通廣東話;具備普通話和英語的基本溝通能力。
Work Schedule 工作時間:
Work 5 days a week 每週工作5天。
Daily shift of 9 hours (including 1 hour of meal) ; must be willing to work rotating shifts 每天工作9小時(包括1小時用餐時間);必須願意輪班工作。
