Description and Requirements

You will:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT solutions, including software, infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and present customized IT solutions to clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and services, including cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with solution selling or consultative sales methodologies.
  • Experience selling to enterprise clients or within specific verticals
  • Technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
