Job Responsibilities
To manage the operations of Coffee Shop Kitchens in The Royal Garden Hotel.
Develop menus, budgets (where applicable), and “Specials” that meet the target market's needs and are in line with the operating concept of the restaurant.
To establish culinary standards specific to the restaurant which meet the needs of the target market.
Supervise and monitor the activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
Recognize the developmental needs of subordinates and guide them to improve their knowledge and skills.
Improve service by communicating with guests to understand their needs and providing feedback to cooks.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in hotel and catering industry
Competent knowledge of Western & Asian cuisine and Pastry art
Familiar with ISO 22000 quality management system
Proven managerial abilities in people management and leadership
Good communication, interpersonal, analyzing, organizing and planning skills
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
