This position is specifically designated for students from Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) and Hong Kong University School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKUSPACE) as part of their summer internship programme.
The summer internship programme requires selected candidates to support the Summer Sports Operations at ESF Explore during the months of July and August. Interns will provide assistance to both the coaching and facilities departments.

Responsibilities
- Coaching (Assistant)
- Support the Lead Coach(es)
- Session delivery
- Demonstrate and supervise activities
- Enforce coaching or activity rules
- Setting up or packing away equipment
- Student pick-up and dismissal
- Facilities
- Support Programme Managers and Site Leader(s)
- Provide on-site support for coaches/session leaders
- Health & Safety
- Report on Accidents & Incidents
- Risk Assessment
- Assist in identifying, eliminating or mitigating potential hazards
- Administrative
- Registration of students/facilities users
- Transferring equipment and distributing materials
- Daily maintenance/repair of equipment

- Passionate about sports coaching and operations.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Cantonese and Putonghua is not mandatory but is regarded as desirable.
Notes:
- Candidates must be permanent residents of Hong Kong or possess a valid visa for employment in Hong Kong.
