The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is responsible for the provision of desirable services for students of the University and enhancing their learning experience. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to fostering whole-person development and a vibrant campus life for students.
Responsibilities
- Assist in organising sports events and promoting physical wellness activities
- Assist in managing sports teams, including handling team data, competition applications, and sports equipment inventory
- Support the Physical Education (PE) team with administrative tasks and daily operations
- Represent the University as a convenor or member of relevant committees or task forces in the University Sports Federation of Hong Kong, China (USFHK) as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
- Work outside normal office hours, including weekends, as required
Requirements
- A recognised Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Event Management or relevant disciplines
- At least one year’s relevant working experience, preferably with tertiary institutions or similar organisations
- A strong sense of self-motivation, responsibility and teamwork relation
- A strong mastery of interpersonal, multi-tasking and communication skills
- A good knowledge of computer applications
- A good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
