The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is responsible for the provision of desirable services for students of the University and enhancing their learning experience. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to fostering whole-person development and a vibrant campus life for students.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organising sports events and promoting physical wellness activities
• Assist in managing sports teams, including handling team data, competition applications, and sports equipment inventory
• Support the Physical Education (PE) team with administrative tasks and daily operations
• Represent the University as a convenor or member of relevant committees or task forces in the University Sports Federation of Hong Kong, China (USFHK) as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
• Work outside normal office hours, including weekends, as required

Requirements

• A recognised Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Event Management or relevant disciplines
• At least one year’s relevant working experience, preferably with tertiary institutions or similar organisations
• A strong sense of self-motivation, responsibility and teamwork relation
• A strong mastery of interpersonal, multi-tasking and communication skills
• A good knowledge of computer applications
• A good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
