Description
The key responsibility of this Treasury & Management Analyst position is to assist the MD in Hong Kong. The role requires this person to complete the full finance cycle from defining cost management, cashflow forecasting, data analysis of PL to finally year end financial statements. This person also needs to maintain a good numbers sensitivity and interested in retail market trend for planning business development feasibility review and forecast sales opportunities.
- Cashflow transactions analysis and management reports
- Assist with banking treasury functions
- Assist operations team with inventory KPI and MOQ materials purchase order forecasting
- Monthly income and expenses analysis and quarterly balance sheet and P&L comparison
- Assist with FP&A budget, forecast projections, business development feasibility study.
- Lead support team to prepare data analysis, coordinate and streamline workflow to improve software systems
Requirements:
Profile
The ideal candidate will need to have solid accounting knowledge track record with good e-digital online knowledge will be a plus. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, interested in understanding numbers and story behind it are essential. This candidate will need to have an initiative attitude and knows how to manage his/her responsibilities effectively. Both Verbal and Written English and Chinese are must for this role.

- 3 - 6 years solid experience in accounting, in retail & e-commerce, wholesale or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Knowledge in software applications, e.g. QuickBooks , Microsoft O365 products
- Understand cashflow management, budget planning for business development
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks whenever necessary
- Well-organised, detailed oriented, creative, independent, team player
- Hands on experience in Microsoft O365, Advance Excel skills(Pivot table) is a plus
