職責：
1. 數位行銷策略制定與執行
- 規劃並執行SEM（搜尋引擎行銷）、電子郵件行銷及內容行銷方案
- 撰寫官網與社群媒體高互動性內容，提升品牌曝光與轉化率
- 定期分析數位行銷數據，優化廣告投放效益
2. 線下活動統籌支援
- 協助籌辦招聘會、行業展覽等實體活動
- 負責活動前期規劃、現場執行與後續成效追蹤
3. 社群媒體運營管理
- 經營Facebook、Instagram、小紅書、微信等平台官方帳號
- 監測社群趨勢，策劃話題性內容以提升粉絲互動與增長
4. 跨部門協作整合
- 與產品、設計及業務團隊協作，確保品牌訊息一致性
- 對接外部合作單位，統籌行銷資源整合
任職要求：

▸ 3-5年數位行銷或社群運營實務經驗（具跨境電商/旅遊業經驗者優先）

基本薪金：每月$16,000-$25,000。
工作地點：深圳市福田保稅區
工作時間：週一至週五 10:00-19:00，每天工作八小時
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing: Develop engaging content for website and social media and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEM, email marketing and content marketing.
Offline Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of offline marketing campaigns, including job fair and exhibition.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and Wechat).
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, business or related discipline.
-With 3-5 years relevant experience in marketing or digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media, influencer marketing, or affiliate channels.
-Having experience in travel industry is a plus.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication skills with a creative, can-do attitude.
-A frequent user of social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Wechat and Xiaohongshu.
-Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
-Immediately available is preferred
Base Salary:
Monthly salary ranges from $16,000 to $25,000.
Location:
Futian Bonded Area, Shenzhen (must accept the work location).
Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
