What You'll Do
Handling of visa applications and administrative support for all staff
Providing administrative support in maintaining employee record keeping and data compilation
Handling all talent management related administrative work, including job posting, and interview arrangement
Supporting all recruitment activities, including job fairs and career talks
Responsible for administrative duties for new joiners, including pre-employment vetting, employment offers, and other on-boarding logistics
Answer telephone enquiries
Participating in ad-hoc projects as assigned What You'll Need
Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
0-2 years of relevant working experience in a sizable company
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Flexible, multi-tasking, attention to details and able to work independently
A team player with high initiative, sound interpersonal skill and sensitivity
Analytical, results-oriented, and customer focus
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
