Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor the performance of the restaurant to maximize sales revenue and productivity, manpower efficiency, and customer service according to company standards.
- Provide excellent floor service and interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Lead training and proper administration for the team to meet performance standards and effectively align cost and revenue budgets to achieve profitability standards.
- Ensure restaurant standards are consistently implemented.
Job Requirement:
- 5 years or more of managerial experience in the F&B industry (experience in Chinese Restaurant & Banquet operations preferred).
- Familiar with computer application skills, including POS operations and report functions, as well as restaurant operation procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, guest service-oriented, with a good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities are frequently utilized.
