Responsibilities:
Manage the full spectrum of talent acquisition for our restaurant group, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Provide support to compensation & benefits functions
Assist to manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and staff
Handle employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
University graduate in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
4 - 6 years’ HR experience with a focus on recruitment or account servicing from Hospitality
Well versed in HK employment regulations and ordinance
Hands-on experience in supporting expatriates
Experience in new restaurant opening or set-up of new business will be added advantage
Passionate to develop his / her HR career in F&B arena with strong interest in French culture will be preferable
Presentable, analytical, detail-minded, independent, well-organized and with strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
