Job responsibilities:
1. Be a business partner to key stakeholders on driving and implementing HR strategies in meeting with business needs and objectives.
2. Provide advisory to key stakeholders and line managers on workforce planning, staff retention, performance management, talent management and employee relations.
3. Handle related operational support in full spectrum of staff onboarding and offboarding process including but not limited to visa application, employment contract preparation etc.
4. Support HR transformation initiatives including but not limited to HR digitalization, data analysis and process streamline whenever necessary.
5. Participate in campus recruitment programs.
6. Collaborate with HR CoE teams and overseas HR to execute HR strategies and ensure full compliance of internal and local regulatory requirements.
7. Prepare HR reports for management’s informed decisions.
8. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Specification:
1. Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
2. Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
3. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, conversational in Putonghua
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, presentable and detailed-mind
5. Flexible, open-minded, collaborate and adaptable to dynamic work environment
6. 4 - 5 years’ experience in HRBP, preferably in financial industry background.
