Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Business Development in preparing local and international Expressions of Interest, Pre-qualification documents, and Tender submissions.- Maintain proactive communication and relationships with consultants and industry partners.
- Contribute to strategic business development initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and regularly update the company’s marketing and client database.
- Coordinate closely with regional offices in China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within architecture, interior design, landscape design, or related construction sectors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Energetic, sociable, and confident with solid interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Business Development Assistant.
