Responsibilities and opportunities:
To perform account servicing tasks including to identify customer’s needs, enquiries handling, provide tracking reports or analysis through close communications by phone calls, messages, meetings and visits.

To build, maintain and strengthen relationships between the company and customers for business opportunities at different levels.

To motivate customers to drive the business by endorsing the company’s mission, vision and culture, business and products opportunity.

To provide high level of customer satisfaction and provide consultative support to distributors to develop goals and business plan which align with the company’s strategic.

Document customer calls and report trends to management with clarity and speed.

Handling internal and external enquiries on compliance related issue.

Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma holder or above

1-2 years of work experience in customer service or account servicing, candidates with more work experience may be considered as Senior Business Support Executive / Senior Sales Support Executive

Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese

Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills

Team player with ability to work independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
