Responsibilities:
- Ensures all food is produced to the highest standard of freshness and taste
- Follows and enforces all recipes and standards for food production
- Conducts daily checks of quality of produced items
- Applies flexibility and creativity to meet customer needs
- Maintains workplace safety by adhering to all relevant health and safety requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience with international luxury hotel background in pastry
- Good command in Cantonese and English are required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
