We are currently inviting a talented professional to join our Hong Kong office for the exciting role of Division Manager, Human Resources & Administration.

The Job

Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources and office administration operations across Asia.

Establish and executive Human Resources policies and procedures in compliance with local legislation.

Collaborate with Management Teams and Department Heads to drive the HR agenda for organizational and people development.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues.

Design and implement learning & development programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth, supporting the overall operational effectiveness of the Company.

Lead and organize HR projects and initiatives including employee events, HR audits and ad hoc reporting.

Requirements

Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.

At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in sourcing and retail industry with multiple locations.

Solid experience in handling HR topics across various Asian countries.

Strong management and leadership skills, and ability to manage complex business contexts.

Hands-on, solution-oriented and always striving for customer success and excellent service.

Mature personality with a high level of independence and integrity.

Proficient in both spoken and written English; German language is a plus.

Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
