Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, managing both business and personal tasks within a dynamic toy industry setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer secretarial and administrative assistance to the CEO for professional and personal needs.
Design and optimize administrative procedures and systems to enhance efficiency.
Manage daily schedules, arrange and confirm appointments.
Facilitate meetings and conferences with internal teams and external partners.
Compile meeting notes, reports, and presentation materials.
Handle travel logistics, including flight bookings, visa applications, hotel reservations, and expense reimbursements.
Support additional tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
1-3 years of secretarial experience, preferably in the toy industry, is a plus.
Skilled in overseeing daily administrative functions.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Competent in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word).
Detail-oriented, mature, well-organized, and highly responsible.
Willingness to assist with special projects as needed.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
