Responsibilities:
Process daily accounting transactions including revenue, expenses, and vendor invoices to maintain accurate financial records.

Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for management review.

Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections in compliance with policies.

Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.

Assist with budgeting, audits, and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:
Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality (fresh graduates may be considered).

Proficiency in accounting software and Excel skills are essential.

Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and work effectively.

Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
