We are looking for a proactive and achievement-driven professional to fill an FP&A role. This position is committed to advancing the success of the FMCG sector via cutting-edge approaches. We need a skilled Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Expert to integrate into our vibrant finance group and drive our expansion across the Asia-Pacific area, with a special emphasis on Hong Kong and Taiwan. Role Responsibilities
Create and update financial frameworks to aid in budgeting, projections, and extended strategic initiatives.
Evaluate financial outcomes, delivering practical recommendations to boost earnings and efficient resource distribution.
Partner with diverse departments to synchronize fiscal aims with operational goals, emphasizing product innovation and regional market growth in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Compile comprehensive analyses and visuals for executive leadership, spotlighting essential financial indicators and patterns.
Track and oversee critical performance metrics (KPIs), guaranteeing consistency with company objectives.
Assist in monthly and annual financial closures, maintaining precision and adherence to regulatory norms. Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Management, or equivalent discipline; advanced degree like MBA or certifications (e.g., CFA) are beneficial.
3-5 years in FP&A roles, ideally within FMCG industries such as fast-moving consumer goods, wellness, or dietary products.
Advanced expertise in financial simulation, planning, and prediction utilizing software like Excel, SAP, or comparable ERP platforms.
Superior problem-solving abilities to decode intricate information and offer tactical advice.
Strong interpersonal and delivery skills for interacting with partners across hierarchies.
Proficiency in English; familiarity with Cantonese or Mandarin is preferred for Hong Kong and Taiwan operations.
