Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for headquarters functions.
Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Create a positive candidate experience by ensuring a smooth, engaging, and informative recruitment process.
Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and enhance the onboarding experience for new employees.
Execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

HR Business Partnering

Serve as a trusted advisor to the headquarters functions, providing guidance on HR-related matters and best practices.
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, ensuring a positive and seamless experience at each stage.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee experience, fostering a positive culture that boosts employee engagement.
Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence (COE) on Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, Employee Engagement & Communications, and Talent Development initiatives to create cohesive HR functions.
Participate in the rollout of Group HR initiatives, ensuring effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and best practices across departments and multiple brands.

Group Projects and Support

Address emerging business and departmental needs with a solutions-oriented approach, participating in Group projects as required.
Manage and mentor team members to improve cross-team collaboration and efficiency.

Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR with a focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering, preferably in Retail / FMCG / F&B industry.
Strong knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related legislation.
Able to drive toward results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a positive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
A proactive attitude and effective team collaboration skills.
Proficiency in English and Chinese.
