Responsibilities:
Handle full spectrum of HR functions including the payroll processing, taxation, insurance, recruitment & selection, training & development, associate relations, performance management, and staff benefits, etc.
Assist in developing and implementing Company policies and procedures to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the company.
Update and maintain of HR system and prepare HR analytical reports on a regular basis.
Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in HR Management or related disciplines with at least 3 years' relevant working experience.
Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations.
Good command of both English and Chinese.
well-organized, detail-minded, Strong problem-solving skills, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility.
Immediately available will be an advantage.
