HR Officer
Responsibilities:
Provide full support in handling HR duties for the main office, restaurants, production plant and retail outlets.
Assist in HR operations, including attendance, leave record management and recruitment activities of onboarding and offboarding process.
Assist in reviewing, developing and implementing HR policies and guidelines.
Assist in payroll processing, including causal worker payment and final payment, data verification, MPF administration and leave calculation.
Organize orientation, training and team-building activities.
Ad hoc duties and HR activities as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
Minimum of 2-3 years of hand-on HR experience, preferably in food & beverage and retail industries;
Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
