Human Resources & Administration Manager
Our client located in Sheung Wan is seeking a Human Resources & Administration Manager.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee engagement;
- Handle monthly payroll, attendance, leave management, group insurance schemes, MPF and tax returns;
- Oversee daily administration activities including, equipment maintenance, facilities management etc;
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
- Minimum with 4 years’ human resources and administration experience;
- Solid experience in processing payroll;
- Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation;
- Degree holder is preferred;
- Good communications skills, Independent, proactive, responsible, result-oriented and detail-minded.
