What You will be Doing
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned departments, addressing employee-related matters such as compensation and benefits, HR management systems, compliance, employee communication and engagement, performance and retention management, and overall HR operations
Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Administer payroll with accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and update the employee database within the HRMS, ensuring a high level of data integrity
Manage employee compensation cases effectively
Prepare and compile routine HR reports
Execute ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Who is Our Right Fit
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
1 year of relevant professional experience and demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for pursuing a career in Human Resources;
Recent graduates will also be considered
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
Have a foundational understanding of the HK Employment Ordinance and other employment-related regulation
Display excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, coupled with a strong sense of confidentiality
Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for the position of Senior Associate
