This role is focused on driving business growth by selling enterprise IT solutions across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the financial services sector, excellent communication skills in Cantonese and Putonghua, and a proven track record in solution-based selling.
About the Job
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the financial services sector, including banks, insurance companies, and asset management firms.
Promote and sell a portfolio of technology solutions including cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address business challenges and objectives.
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful project scoping and execution.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field is preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in IT solution sales within the financial services sector in Hong Kong or China.
Strong track record of managing the entire complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
Strong understanding and a passion of staying up to date with enterprise IT solutions and digital transformation trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English is essential.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
