The Position
- Lead the planning and execution of Go-to-Market strategies for solution applications
- Drive continuous improvement to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and market best practices
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with Corporation’s vision
- Collaborate with different teams to collect requirements and feedback, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals
- Support digital transformation initiatives focused on operational automation
- Build and maintain strong collaboration relationships with various stakeholders both internally and externally
- Foster an open-minded approach to planning and implementing operational improvements
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management as needed
- Handle other ad hoc project as assigned
The Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other related discplines
- 8 years of experience, preferably with solid business operations and or project management in cross-team collaboration
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, demonstrating a fast-learning ability and adaptability to new challenges
- Familiarity with Go-to-Market planning and execution
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new projects and challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese including Mandarin
- Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager role
