The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is tasked to undertake, encourage, promote and facilitate urban renewal of Hong Kong in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance and the Urban Renewal Strategy published by the Government. The URA adopts a comprehensive and holistic approach by ways of its two core businesses i.e. redevelopment and rehabilitation, as well as preservation, revitalisation and retrofitting, for creating a sustainable and quality living environment for the people of Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the HR business partner to provide a wide range of HR services to business units, including talent acquisition, on-boarding, off-boarding, and staff movements, etc.
- Contribute to and support the development and implementation of various talent acquisition strategies to expand the talent pool, elevate the quality of hires, and enhance the candidate and onboarding experience
- Implement employer branding strategies and initiatives through both online and offline channels, including social media platform management and market trend analysis
- Participate in HR technological enhancement initiatives, such as HRMS enhancements, and the application of AI solutions to improve work effectiveness and efficiency
- Prepare HR management reports and conduct data analysis to provide insights on talent acquisition and retention
- Support other HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience and well-versed in employment-related ordinances
- Strong knowledge and experience in implementing talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives, along with familiarity with key social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and organised with multi-tasking capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday HRMS and HR analytics is preferred
