Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and updating the contents
• Organize and vendors’ presentations
• Assist design teams with sourcing of materials

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience with material/product library management and understanding of the interior design and architecture industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of trade resources and vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Well Organized, attention in details, good interpersonal skills and willing to learn
• Independent, proactive, self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of written Chinese and English: Spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
