- Assist in maintaining and updating the contents
- Organize and vendors’ presentations
- Assist design teams with sourcing of materials
- Diploma/Degree holder
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience with material/product library management and understanding of the interior design and architecture industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of trade resources and vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Well Organized, attention in details, good interpersonal skills and willing to learn
- Independent, proactive, self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command of written Chinese and English: Spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
