Your future role at QRT
- Manage payroll processes for the Hong Kong and Shanghai offices, where you will work with HRD/ HRBPs on monthly payroll inputs and with respective payroll vendors on the monthly payroll process
- Work with third party vendors and be familiar with the relevant local pension schemes, tax regime, rental reimbursement program, etc.
- Manage claims with government related to leave, subsidy, IIT refund, etc. together with Finance team
- Administer exit payment and processes including tax filing especially for non-residents
- Be familiar with tax treatment of employee share awards
- Manage and provide support to periodic reporting required by Finance
- Manage year-end income tax filing (working with payroll vendor & tax consultant) and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations - support the yearly audit (Compliance/ Finance)
- Compensation management including annual year-end compensation support
- Support benefits administration, be involved with benefits review, renewal/ enquires - to keep up to date with local regulations, changes in legislation to pension schemes etc.
- Support HR on on/off boarding, any related HR matters where needed
- Workday platform and data management analysis
Your present skillset
- Awareness of multi-jurisdictional employment law, specifically within the APAC region
- Experience using modern HR ops tools across HRIS, ticket management and automation
- Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills
- High attention to detail is a must
- Collaborative team mindset, with a focus on supporting colleagues inside and outside HR
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and make well-informed tactical decisions in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
