Requirement
.Holder of Degree or Higher Diploma in Property / Housing Management or related disciplines
.At least 3 years’ relevant experience in property management
.Qualified for PMP (Tier 2) License
.Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
.Possess good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese Word Processing
.Proficiency in written and spoken English, Putonghua and Catonese is a must
Duty
.Assist the Property Manager to oversee and monitor the day-to-day property management functions
.Answer customer queries and complaints with manner and prompt response
.Assist Manager in supervising performance of contractors about daily maintenance and make sure in compliance with the ordinance
.Other duties assigned by Manager
