Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of a residential building located in Mongkok
- Assist in the overall property management functions of the site management office, including handling telephone inquiries / complaints, co-ordination with contractors and performing administrative / clerical duties e.g Monthly reports, Income & Marketing analysis
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Property / Housing Management or related disciplines with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in property management
- Qualified for PMP (Tier 2) License
- Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
- Possess good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese Word Processing
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required

Pay: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
