QA Officer / Assistant QA Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist QA Manager in establishing and maintaining quality management system and processes in line with GMP standard.
• To handle routine quality management work including preparation of SOPs, follow up of deviation, risk assessment, change control, self-inspection, product recalls etc.
• Conducting GMP training and maintenance.
• Participate in validation activities and prepare respective validation protocols and reports.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding QA related tasks.
• To assist ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned by QA Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above at least 1 years working experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing especially in QA or TCM Pharmaceutical areas is preferred;
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Proficiency in computer application such as MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Independent, self-motivated, proactive, attentive to details with good communication skills, and able to work under pressure;
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant QA Officer.
