Requirement:
Diploma / Degree holder in Surveying or Construction Economics and Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years quantity surveying experience in Construction industry
Responsible for Post-contract works including cost estimate, cost planning, budget control, interim payment, settlement of variation orders and final account
Good communication skills and coordination skills and with logical thinking
Good Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior QS
