The University now invites applications for the following position:

• provide administrative support to the School and its research centres;
• coordinate project events and activities (e.g. International conferences, award presentation ceremonies, seminars, workshops);
• assist in data collection and analysis for research projects, support in project proposal preparation and dissemination;
• co-ordinate the organisation of School-related academic activities and events;
• assist in coordinating marketing and promotion activities (e.g. admission talks, education expos); and
• serve as secretary to committees and working groups.

• possess a recognised bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of working experience in administration and research-related activities, preferably in the tertiary education sector;
• preferably have the knowledge of website management and WordPress application;
• be proficient in computer skills including MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• have a good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• have good interpersonal and communication skills, and strong organisational and project management skills;
• be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility; and
• be a good team player, capable of multi-tasking and able to work independently.
