Major Duties:
(a)
To perform teaching duties and assist in supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement;
(b)
To assist in carrying out duties in relation to student and academic administration;
(c)
To support the development of the e-learning platform, including the creation of interactive learning materials;
(d)
To assist in the design, development, updating, validation and accreditation of programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials;
(e)
To participate in projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions;
(f)
To assist in preparing project proposals, financial reports, progress reports etc;
(g)
To carry out various administrative duties;
(h)
To provide secretarial and administrative support to committees and boards; and
(i)
To maintain and strengthen networking with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
(a)
A relevant recognised degree in Applied Sciences or Health and Life Sciences, or equivalent, preferably in Health Care, Exercise Sciences, Rehabilitation or Nursing;
(b)
Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua;
(c)
Mature, independent, dynamic, creative, self-motivated, be a good team player and able to work under pressure on tight schedule; and
(d)
Good records of linkage with the industry or with solid work experience would be an advantage.
