Administrative Officer (Construction Company) is a key support role within the company, responsible for managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Jobs Duties:
- Perform data entry and manage file uploads and downloads to the company system.
- Handle all aspects of document and record management, including registration, filing, and updating the register regularly.
- Assist in purchasing materials and office supplies as needed.
- Provide general clerical support to the team, such as answering calls, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirement:
- High diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical work is a plus.
- Construction Administrator Officer experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and file management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward work.
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English.
Working Hour:
- 5 / 5.5 Day per week
- 2 Hours Lunch Hours
- 0830-1800
